@GetSpectrum Your procedures are bloody useless. 3 hours on the phone with now 14 different (yet pleasant) CS reps—who can’t get on the same page and COULDN’T FIX THE ISSUE! Just need to restart service that shouldn’t have been cancelled in the 1st place! Pathetic. Shame on you.

When I called to cancel service with @GetSpectrum , their phone staff actually said that my next apartment already having internet was unfortunate. Unfortunate for your pockets maybe? Pretty sure in the normal world, that’s quite convenient. Also, can you stop spamming my mail??
