Who is the secret NPC at the green zone Blox fruits? ›

The Mysterious Man is an NPC that will sell you the True Triple Katana for 2,000,000. The Mysterious Man can be found in the Green Zone standing atop the tallest sprout in the island. The following requirements are necessary to obtain the sword: 300 mastery on Saddi, Wando and Shisui.
