Collaborating with the team at Hi Rasmus over the last several years has been an incredible experience! We came together with the shared goal of creating an RBT training package unlike any other! Clients deserve staff that are well trained and we believe that our training is a big step in that direction! I am so proud of the work we have done!The new Competency Assessment Tool provides organizations with the flexibility to conduct Competency Assessments live, virtually, or using a hybrid model. Organizations can easily adapt their training protocols to meet their current needs. This tool is included in the training and available to all users to take advantage of! Try it out and let us know what you think!

So excited to include these two amazing speakers in our training! While training new staff in our field, it is so important to look beyond the task list to ensure we are developing well rounded professionals who will stick around for our clients. Last week I had the privilege of traveling to Michigan to work with a team of 13 clinicians. Each clinician implemented their first ever PFA and they were all safe and successful! It was inspiring to see the clinicians try something new and have such success! I also had the pleasure of watching Ashley Hamilton, MA, BCBA and Shannon Brisse step into their roles as Clinical Leadership Residents and coach the clinicians through their PFAs. After the PFAs we began SBT with some clients and test out the SBT app on CareConnect. Everyone loved it and this tool will undoubtedly improve the level of care the clients will receive. Our goal when creating our interactive, BST-Based RBT Training program is to produce candidates who are not only well prepared, but also excited about the field! It was important to us to include the latest findings and practices in the field.We are so thrilled that Kelsey Ruppel, Ph.D., BCBA-D is a guest speaker in our training! She provides an introduction to the Practical Functional Assessment/Skills Bases Treatment and the Balance Program.
