Humidly remain below 10% for most part of the year as rainfall is not very common. The months from March to May and from September to November are the best time to visit he city, however this time the prices of hotels also skyrocket. Desert Hops Nevada & International Beer Festival in August, Rocky Mountain Gun Show in September and Annual Art in the Park in October are some of the major festivals held in Las Vegas.
